The My Father Don Pepin Garcia "E.R.H" Toro Gordo is a recently released cigar that revives the iconic El Rey de los Habanos brand. This new blend, part of the Don Pepin Garcia E.R.H. line, features the following specifications:

  • Wrapper: Sumatra Rosado Oscuro
  • Filler: Blend of Nicaraguan tobaccos from Condega, Estelí, and Jalapa
  • Strength: Full

The E.R.H. line is produced at the Garcia family's facility in Doral, Florida, which serves as the modern successor to their original El Rey de los Habanos factory in Miami's Calle Ocho neighborhood.

This Toro Gordo vitola is one of three sizes available in the E.R.H. line, alongside the Robusto (5" x 54) and Toro (6" x 52). As of January 18, 2025, the Don Pepin Garcia E.R.H. Toro Gordo is available for purchase, with broader availability expected since its initial release to Tobacconists' Association of America members. This cigar represents a continuation of the Garcia family's legacy in premium cigar making, combining their Cuban heritage with their expertise in Nicaraguan tobacco cultivation and blending.
