Karloff & Friends Sampler

At Harry's Cigar Shop, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality cigars and smoking accessories. Our products are stored and handled with the utmost care to ensure that they reach you in the best possible condition.

No Refunds or Returns: Due to the nature of our products, all sales at Harry's Cigar Shop are final. We do not offer refunds or returns on any items purchased either in-store or online. This policy is in place for several reasons:

1. Quality and Condition: Cigars are delicate items that are sensitive to temperature and humidity. Once they leave our controlled environment, we cannot guarantee their storage conditions. This makes it impossible for us to accept returns, as we cannot resell items that have been compromised.

2. Health Regulations: For the safety and well-being of all our customers, we adhere to strict health and safety regulations. Returned cigars could pose a health risk if they have been improperly handled or exposed to unfavorable conditions outside our control.

3. Shipping and Handling: Our products are carefully packaged to withstand shipping. However, the process of shipping cigars can subject them to various environmental factors that may affect their condition. By not accepting returns, we minimize the risk of delivering cigars that do not meet our quality standards to another customer.

Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately at info@harryscigarshop.com with detailed photos and a description of the damage. We will assess each case individually and strive to resolve any issues promptly.
