Description
The Crowned Heads Décimo 2026 D50 marks the return of the acclaimed blend originally released in 2024 as the Las Calaveras Décimo Aniversario (celebrating the 10th anniversary of the Las Calaveras line).
Recreated to mirror the beloved profile of the legendary Las Calaveras Edición Limitada 2014, Jon Huber and Mike Conder brought the blend back as a standalone line, introducing it in a slimmer 50-ring-gauge vitola.

Profile & Tasting Notes
-
First Third: Opens rich and spicy with immediate Garcia-family signature white and black pepper on the retrohale. The main palate exhibits heavy dark cocoa, dark roast espresso, and damp earth with a subtle mineral sweetness.
-
Second Third: The profile smooths out into a creamy, chewy texture. Sweet wood, baker’s chocolate, charred oak, and roasted nuts emerge while the intense pepper settles into a background baking spice.
-
Final Third: Finishes heavy and satisfying. Notes of dark espresso, rich leather, heavy earth, and lingering cocoa dominance stay balanced without harshness, aided by the tighter ratio of the 50 ring gauge pushing wrapper flavor to the forefront.
