Arturo Fuente Don Carlos Eye of the Bull is a short, bold, and collectible extension of the legendary Don Carlos line, immediately recognizable by its dark “bullseye” patch of maduro tobacco on the cap. It is crafted in the Dominican Republic and features a rare 3½ x 55 short robusto format.
