Its story is notable: Carlos Fuente Sr., in poor health and unable to travel, reportedly dreamed of a new variation of the Casa Cuba blend and phoned in the recipe to the factory in the Dominican Republic. The resulting cigar, dubbed "Divine Inspiration," became his final creation and a tribute to his legacy.
