The Montecristo 1935 Anniversary Nicaragua Churchill is a 7 x 52 soft box-pressed Nicaraguan puro created to commemorate Montecristo’s 85th anniversary, blended and produced with AJ Fernandez at his San Lotano factory in Ocotal, Nicaragua.

Blend: 100% Nicaraguan tobaccos (wrapper, binder, filler) with a dark, chocolate-brown, oily wrapper.

Body & strength: Generally medium to medium-full in strength and body, with solid complexity.
Flavor notes

Core flavors often include coffee, chocolate/cocoa, earth, natural tobacco, and dried/dark fruit, with red/black pepper especially on the retrohale.

First third: more chocolate and coffee with natural tobacco and some fruit sweetness, pepper building on the retro.

Middle to final third: coffee becomes dominant, chocolate and dark fruit remain, earth and cedar creep in, pepper ramps up then can taper slightly toward the end.
